Spätzle (green gnocchetti), made with with Tirolese speck, Casunziei all’ampezzana, beetroot ravioli typical of the Alto Cadore zone, Tagliatelle with mushrooms, Canederli (also called knödel or klößel) with melted butter or in a broth, roe deer or deer with polenta and mushrooms, melted or grilled cheese with polenta, grilled sausages, polenta and mushrooms and a host of other tasty dishes that will not leave guests disappointed. The locality is abundant in typical products.

At Misurina you can find malga cheese, fresh and smoked ricotta cheese, speck ham and a number of precious products that have to be tried. In the morning a rich Italian breakfast gives you the energy to begin the day in the best way. Sweets, croissants, tarts and all good things that Italian tradition can offer, accompanied by the cordiality and smiles of our staff.

Hotel Sorapiss is also wary of guests’ allergies and intolerances, such as milk, dairy products, and gluten. Special dishes may be requested in such cases. We welcome groups and parties, including lunch and dinner parties only. The restaurant is available for special menus and offers, agreed upon in advance.
